Everything a new owner needs, in order, from creating an account to running a paired PC and, if you want it, a Vault Server.

Chapter 5

Set up your center

Signed in on the Center panel, there are three things to build, in this order. Each one depends on the last:

  1. 1. Device Groups

    A group of PCs that share a rate, e.g. "Standard PCs" or "VIP Booths". Give it a name and an hourly rate. You need at least one before you can add a device.

  2. 2. Devices

    One entry per physical PC: a label (there's an auto-label button if you'd rather not name each one by hand), a type, and which Device Group it belongs to. You'll pair the actual PC to this record in the next chapter.

  3. 3. Time Packages

    What you actually sell, e.g. "1 Hour" or "5 Hours". Each package is priced separately per Device Group, so a package can cost different amounts on "Standard PCs" vs "VIP Booths", or be unavailable on one entirely.

Note

Operating hours, session rounding rules, tax, and receipt/ticket settings all live on the Center Settings page. None of it blocks you from continuing. The defaults work fine to start, so it's worth coming back to once you're up and running.
