Getting set up
Three steps, from your Owner panel.
No separate account, no separate app to sign into. Vault is a toggle in your existing Owner panel. The only thing you install is on the one PC that'll host the shared disk.
Disabling it later pauses everything without losing your setup, and machines keep the content they already mounted. Unpairing disconnects for good, if you ever need to start over.

Enable Vault
Click Enable in your Owner panel. You get a one-time pairing code.

Install & pair
Install the Vault Server app on your café's server PC and enter the code when prompted.

Provision the disk
Pick a drive letter, size, and volume label, then provision. From here, every PC just mounts it.

Common questions about Vault.
Do I need a separate server for Vault? +
You need one PC on your café LAN to act as the Vault Server. It can be a dedicated machine or an existing PC that has the spare disk space and stays powered on.
Who can install new games or patch existing ones? +
Only the PC you designate as the Update PC. Once you publish what's installed there, every other machine picks it up on its own. Nothing else can write to the shared disk in the meantime.
What happens if my internet or my card lapses? +
Vault's café-side connection is deliberately kept outside the billing gate that protects the rest of the platform, so day-to-day mounting on the floor is never interrupted by a payment issue.
Can I redirect launchers other than Steam? +
Yes. Epic, Battle.net, Riot, and EA are supported through whitelisted folder redirection. Anything not on that list simply stays local to each PC, so nothing unexpected gets pulled into the shared disk.
How do updates to Vault itself work? +
We stage and apply Vault Server and Node updates ourselves, timed for when your café is idle, never silently. You'll see a status badge in your panel the moment an update starts, and again if one ever fails.
