Add yourself as staff
Your Owner login doesn't work on the Center panel. That's the separate panel where devices, time packages, and the floor itself live. It logs in with an email and password, and only staff accounts can use it. So before you can set anything up on the floor, you need a staff account for yourself.
In your Owner panel, go to Staff and create one with:
- The center this account belongs to
- Your name, email, and phone number
- A role: pick one that includes full floor access (Manager is a safe default) if you want to do everything yourself
- A password (this one's for the Center panel, not your Owner login)
Note
As you pick a role, the form shows a live summary of what that role can actually do. Use it to check you've picked one with the access you need before saving.
With that saved, you can sign in at
center.lanbear.gg
using that email and password. From here on, everything happens there: devices, time packages, pairing PCs, and running sessions.
