LANBear Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You're responsible for activity under your account, including staff accounts you create. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the gaming center you register.

2. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis, billed per the plan you select. New accounts may include a free trial period; at the end of the trial, your subscription converts to a paid plan unless you cancel first. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods until cancelled. Payment is processed by Dodo Payments, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you also agree to their applicable terms.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. You can cancel at any time through the Service; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Your Data

You retain ownership of the business data you and your customers put into the Service, including your center's device configuration, session history, orders, and customer records. You grant us a license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation; reverse engineer the web platform except as permitted by law; or resell or provide the Service to third parties without our consent, other than operating your own gaming center's floor.

5. Software License

Installing and using the LANBear Client Agent or LANBear Vault software is governed by the separate End User License Agreement, not by these Terms.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, and may modify or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where practical.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, including non-payment, and we don't cure the breach within a reasonable period after notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we'll retain your data per our Privacy Policy's retention terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party, including your own customers' data you enter into the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or our website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
