For anyone sitting down at a machine: logging in, starting a session, ordering food, and closing out, whichever way your center has it set up.

Chapter 5

Ordering food & drink

Build a cart on the Order tab the same way regardless of how you're logged in. What changes is which button checks it out, and every center decides for itself whether ordering is even on at all. You might see one of these, more than one, or none.

Add to Tab

Self-service accounts only. Settles when your session ends, up to whatever credit limit your center allows you.

Pay with Wallet

Self-service accounts only. Deducted from your balance immediately, right when you order.

Place Order

For free-play and ticket accounts. Works like Add to Tab, staff collect it when the session ends.

Pay from Deposit

For free-play and ticket accounts with a balance staff topped up for you. Spends from that instead of running a tab.

Ordered something that settles later, either way? A Current tab line appears next to your cart showing exactly what you owe so far, updated the moment an order goes through. The same number shows again on the Account tab.

Note

The session itself is never part of that tab. Prepaid time is already paid for up front, and postpaid time gets billed separately when the session ends. The tab is purely unpaid food and drink.
