Customers, tickets, and reservations
Three related areas, all under the Customers and Sales groups in the sidebar:
Customers
Full profiles: balance, tier, points, session and order history. Adjust a balance, adjust points, ban or unban an account, or set a customer's own login password from their profile page. For a fast floor-side lookup instead of full editing, use Customer Lookup.
Tickets
Sell a prepaid session code to a walk-in with no account needed, then void, reprint, extend, or reactivate an existing ticket from this list.
Reservations
Bookings come in through the public booking page, so there's no "create" button here on purpose. You'll check a customer in (which assigns them a machine) or cancel a booking, either from this list or straight from Floor View.
